all payments are accepted and will be converted to GBP (£). Exchange rates are synchronised with the Daily Conversion Rate under the United Kingdom regulation. Any issues regarding payment should be consulted with your bank or credit card provider.

✧ return policy

in the occasion that the order appears to be damaged as a result of harsh handling during shipping, a replacement order will be sent to you immediately - no additional charges.

please send an e-mail informing us of your name (used in the order), the order reference # and a picture/video of the package. this procedure will be valid within 10 days of your original order being received.

✧ cancellations

sales are final - orders cannot be cancelled or refunded (unless item has arrived damaged).
